query criteria help

I have a medication scheduling form that shows all current medications. Some
medications are scheduled in advance by the physicians which I do not want
showing up until that future date and then I want them to dissapear based on
a pre entered discontinued date. Currently my query criteria for the [start
date] is <=now(). That works great. Any suggestions as to how I can make the
records not show once the [DC date] has reached today's date?
