I am trying to copy a QP sheet to Excel and I can not get
the formulas to copy over when I paste. If I try Paste
Special, there is no option to paste the formulas.

You didn't say which version of Excel or which version of
Quattro Pro you are using. If it is a .wb1 file: from Excel's menu,
choose File | Open, and in the "Files of Type" dropdown,
choose Quattro Pro.

For version 7 wb3 files there is a supplemental QP converter:
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/downloadDetails/quatt97.htm

Quattro Pro for Windows 8.0 wb3 files are not supported.

Here are some articles on the version of QP supported:

XL2000: List of Supported File Formats in Microsoft Excel 2000
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q179/8/86.ASP

XL: Versions of Quattro Pro Supported in Microsoft Excel
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q147/6/43.asp

You may want to search the MS Knowledgebase for other
articles on Quattro Pro issues:
http://search.support.microsoft.com/kb/c.asp

Other options may be to open the file in Quattro Pro and save
it in a different format.

You cannot copy formulas between QP and Excel. You cannot even copy
formulas between two instances of Excel. So try the File, Open route as per
Ken.

Or ask us to help you rebuild the formulas, giving us details of what it needs
to do. You can post your QP formulas in here and we may be able to tell you
quickly what it was trying to do in QP and then how to handle it in Excel.
