Quattro Pro 8 to Excel 2003 - conversion

Hi

I am working with a firm currently undergoing conversion
from Quattro Pro 8 to Excel 2003 and I have been randomly
selected to manage (and perform!) the spreadsheet
conversion process. I am an intermediate user of Excel.

I have exhausted all known web resources to try and find
some general guidelines re the conversion process (how to
do it and what to look out for) but have had zero success.

Time is not on my side and I would be very grateful to
receive some advice or a pointer in the right direction.

A quick search through the google archives revealed the
same question posted many times, and many were answered by
Excel MVP Jim Rech. Apparently there's no easy solution,
but he suggested trying this conversion software:
