Quarantine

Somehow my quarantine file has been deleted from my computer. I would like
to get it back. How do I do this? I still have whitelist and blacklist,
but no quarantine. Please help.......

SInce Outlook doesn't have a "quarantine" feature, this is not an Outlook
issue.
