QTTASK.exe - No Disk Error

On boot, I get error "670:qttask.exe - No Disk. There is
no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive\device\Hardisk\DR3." Reply options
are "Cancel", "Try Again"' "Continue".
I enter "Continue" and system completes boot
successfully.
What is error cased from and how can it be elinimated?

After the system boots, run start/run/msconfig/startup and uncheck
qttask.exe. You'll still have quicktime, but it won't autostart.
