qttask Error Message

I am getting the following error message intermittently:
"7f4: qttask.exe There is no disk in the drive. Please
insert a disk into drive \Device\harddisk1\DR2"

I have to press the "Cancel" button twice in order to
cancel the error message. Can anyone tell me what is going
on and how to prevent it?

Click START|RUN
In the box type...

msconfig

<enter>

Click the Start Up tab

Find "qttaske.exe" and UNcheck its box

Click on OK, and reboot

If a box appears at start up, put a checkmark in its box -to "not show
this again".
