One of my friends is talking about using a QPO MMC Snap
in to limit max bandwidth possible on an XP computer. He
was able to do that on his machine, but I do not have the
snap in installed on my computer. Is there a site I can
download that from, I couldn't find it in the support
site. That way, I can change it, save it to disk, and
load it into the MMC on the other computer, pending it
will work on XP Home.
