QoS Packet Scheduler

I am running Windows XP and accidentally uninstalled QoS
Packet Scheduler under Network Connections.
How do I get it back? It is past the point to use the
restore checkpoint.

If you uninstall the Qos packet scheduling and wish to have it back, you can always reinstall it. Right-click on the Local Area Network and choose Properties. Click the Install button, then double-click Service, and select Qos packet scheduling and then click the Ok button
