QFE installer support

Hi, I understand the new installer tool for QFE makes qfe runtime
installation easy !?

I added component desktop QFE support Hotfix.

Now, how do I run this tool on my Target machine ??

I am not sure where you got the component from but hope you got access to the MS/OEM site.
