QFE download headache

Why can't we download all the QFEs at the same time instead of having to go
through 23509432509432 webpages to download the QFEs after a fresh install
of XPe?

That really shows that nobody inside in Engineering is having to reinstall
XPe from scratch.

One timesaver is to install the QFE rollups, like the Summer 2003 XPE QFE
