Running XP SP1 - attempted to install MS03-039 (Q824146)
patch. Receive error: QFE Installer Error - WEUpdate,
cannot retrieve information needed for setup from
database. Setup cannot continue.

Any thoughts out there on a resolution? Many thanks.

Note that MS04-012/KB828741 includes (and supersedes) MS03-039/KB824146...
