After installing August, Cumulative Patch for Internet
Explorer 6, Q822925, I am receiving pages not found when
accessing a website. I've been able to track this down to
the point that URLS are being constructed incorrectly
after applying the patch.

Can you give us an example. Also, which operating system are you using and
which version of IE? Thanks.

Web site is ASP application. Client operating systems with
Windows 2k Professional and Windows XP have failed after
applying the patch. Using IE6 SP1 with mentioned patch.
When I click on a hyperlink that is built dynamically, it
tries to go to link /x/dir1/y.asp
when before the patch it would go to /x/dir25/dir30/y.asp

where "x" is the root directory of the website

Is there any way you could post the actual asp pages that produce this error
(or a small sample of the necessary portions of the asp page that produce
this error). Is this site publicly accessible? We need to be able to
reproduce this issue to then debug it. Thanks.

The site is not publicly available. It is our CRM and I
sent a support issue to the CRM vendor and they were able
to reproduce error.

You can email me if you want and I'll send you contact
information via email if you want to contact me directly.

We have the same problem with our focus ONYX system. The
vendor is being unresponsive to us!

Dan,

See my posting to you in another thread with a concise example duplicating
the issue.
