Q-vitual truck reeboot helper

hello,
my brother is getting this virtual truck dialogue box when he starts his pc.
running windows xp, dell, wife, kids, the full catastrophe.. me, i'm a
troll...
any direction would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

thanks, seems like an easy fix. didn't even know what application was
generating it.
next time i'll google first, but honestly i trust the info from here more.

You're welcome Pete. Lol, well all I did was Google for it. I had no idea
what Q-Virtual Truck was. It was the "reeboot" in the subject of the post
that threw me off. :-)
