Doesn't Visual Studio Enterprise 2003 come with components for file and
directory browsing?

This simple thing was included in Delphi 2005...

Wow, Delphi is really behind now, since what you wanted was in 1.1 =)

Check the FileDialog class and the FolderBrowseDialog class.
