Q: disk imaging

I m dying with this overhere so any answer is welcome :

- I ve made another user, copied it in default user, tuned all apps, but
how do I perform restoring from that image, it just won t boot up new
image...


please help :) (what can I say I m a lame ass)

What?!
Your post makes no sense.
You use the word 'image' and the phrase 'disk imaging' and then speak of
only 'default user profiles' and state that you cannot restore from that
image and it actually boot.

Are you attempting to actually create a universal boot image to distibute to
many different hardware types?
Are you just trying to create a default user profile so that all *new* users
of a system (or domain - depending on your scope) have the same starting
point?

Can you clarify what you are doing, what you are doing it with and what you
are asking for help on?
