Hello,

I have following two questions about WinXP Backup Utility (ntbackup.exe):

- How to delete a particular set/volume from a backup media/label/catalog? I
can see an option (by right mouse click on media file) to delete the entire
catalog but not a particular set within a catalog.

- How to define a max set/volume number for scheduled backup? For example, I
want to have only three sets and hence set it so that it removes the oldest
set before creating the fourth set.

Any help/pointer will be much appreciated.

Thanks

See the Help; it's good in that area.

Thanks for your response Twayne.

Before posting, I did look at the help and read most obvious topics but
didn't really get answers to my following two specific questions.

For example, help talks about how to delete the entire catalog but not a
particular set.

Or have I overlooked something? Can you pl. provide specific pointers?

Thanks
Shail
