PxEngine for CD Extreme

I thought last update was v. 358: am I missing something?

I would like some clarification on this, also. I have versions 358,
390, 408 and 507. I have not installed any of these (except v358). Are
the rest of these updates bogus? Can anyone enlighten me as to if
these are any good or will they work/not work with CDExtreme??
