Putting text into a cell

Hope I explain this properly.

Cell A1 has amount owing $10
Cell A2 has amount owing $10
Cell A3 has total amount owing, the sum of A1+A2 ($20)
Cell A4 has the amount paid. If the total account ($20) is paid
I'd like Excel to display the word "paid" in Cell A5
How do I get excel to display the word "paid" in A5?
