Put the split cell option back in Excel.

The split cell option needs to be added back in Excel. It takes too long to
add additional cells and then merge them if you already have the page
designed and then need to split only one or two cells. The split cell option
was a time saver especially when you have a large worksheet.

I wasn't aware that Excel ever had such a "feature", although I have not
used versions <6.
Surely Addressing would be a nightmare, worse them Merged cells.
