purple haze

Recently changed printing preferences in photo printing
wizard from plain paper to glossy photo paper, at which
time my photos started printing out with a purplish pink
haze. It will not go away. The same thing happened at
work, we use the same type of camera and Windows xp with
photo printing wizard there too. The problem at work
also started after I changed the paper type in the
printing preferences. Camera is a Fujifilm Finepix 2800
Zoom, been in contact with them and also with HP, my home
printer's manufacturer, no one has been able to help.
Have an e-mail out to Gateway, and now to you. Someone
please help!
 
Inkjet printers like to have specific paper for glossy. If you have an HP
printer, did you use glossy paper other than HP? HP glossy paper is made in
a different way. Not comparable to Epson or Canon.
