Hi,
I can't seem to get that purple arrow which indicates
that the message has been replied to. Neither can I
see "you replied to" bit on the message header, I had the
same problem with Outlook 2002, thought 2003 might help,
but it didn't. Thanks.

What type of mail account are you using? POP3? IMAP? Exchange? Have you
tried Detect and Repair?

James,

In response to your question please do the following:

1. Open Outlook and go to your Inbox
2. Right-click on the field bar (e.g. where subject, received, from is etc...) and choose 'Customize Current View'
3. Now click on the 'Fields' button
4. In the 'Available Fields' section on the left choose 'Icon' and press 'Add' now press 'OK' then 'OK' again.

You should now have your little envelope icons back and also the ones with the purple arrows on them.

Cheers!
