Purge multiple reviewers list

Can the list of multiple reviewers which resides in a
document be removed from that document in Word 2000? I
work for several clients, and don't want them seeing who
the reviewers are.
 
I have been told that the list of reviewers is removed when you
accept/reject all changes. But see "HOW TO: Minimize Metadata in Microsoft
