Anyone who likes to have a play with live linux cds should have a look at
this one.
It is developed by Barry Kauler who is also responsible for Eve
(vector graphics editor), and he used to hang around in here, ACF, a
couple of years ago.
There is also an interesting version of Puppy linux that I haven't tried
yet, Multisession Live CD-

Live-CDs have become popular, but none save your personal data and
settings back to the CD. Most of them can't anyway, as they are too big,
at least for a CD. As Puppy is only about 39M - 60M, there is about 600M
free space on the CD, so why not put it to use?

Anyone tried it?

==== I have been useing it for a few months , it works good and is
cute, being so small it doesn't have all the features of other linux
live CD's , but it's speed is amaseing , (it runs in RAM memmory)
========

I am currently using the Puppy Multisession Live CD.
Yesterday I set a few system preferences, then burnt them back to the
CD, then booted the CD again, all new settings loaded. :)
Today I have set up the newsreader, and added my bookmarks to Mozilla.
I haven't rebooted yet but I'm confident it will work OK.
Linux is fun. ;)

Sorry about the date people.
My confidence was shattered, the reboot/save didn't work so I'll start
again.
Linux is still fun though. :)
