Pull an open window to a specific monitor

Is there a simple way to move all open windows to a specific monitor? I have
a tv connected as an extended view monitor. I often move Windows Media
Player to the tv and maximize it there to watch a video. If we turn off the
tv or change channels, how can I move the Media Player window to my primary
display? One way I've found is to go to the Settings tab of Display
Properties and uncheck the "extend to this monitor" box. Is there an easier
way?
 
Maybe you try another media player. Very good is Power DvD. This tool can be
configured to display the ful screen on the TV and you can still work on the
PC.
