publishing with front page...

I can not to publish my web...
There is no publish visible in file menu...
FrontPage(R) 2000 Version:4.0.2.2717.

Thanks alot
 
You must have a web open first (File Menu | Open Web) then you should see
the File Menu | Publish Web option.
