Publishing with FP 2003

I have upgraded from FP 2000 to FP 2003. Now all my foles and pages show "changed" and therefore want to publish. This is a large site and this would be unnecessary as no files or pages have changed since I upgraded to FP 2003.

Is therre a way to get FP to sync the dates so this is not needed.

When you install a new FP, you must always do a full publish to the server
the first time in order to get things back in synch.
