Publishing web site -Maintenance- Tired of seeing blue arrows!!

I am a new user of front page. I have 2003. This is hard to explain, but I will try.. After making changes and publishing them to my site, the "blue arrows" all go away and everthing is "matched". After exiting front page, I come back and when I go to publish again, the same blue arrow appear (left side of window). My site is updated, no problems there, I am wondering why the blue arrows keep coming back.. It is a pain really, because unless I know what I have changed, deleted, or added, I end up highliting all the blue arrows again and publishing.. This cycle just keeps repeating itself. Like I said, my site is fine, no problems and the changes are getting there..

I am sure I am doing something wrong, but dont know what.. BTW, this goes for either publishing the whole site or just the changes.. I am running windows 2000 pro. Any help would be appreciate

I have the same problems. People have tried to help but their remedies have not helped
This is a problem with fp2003, because in fp2002 I didn't have these issues
