Publishing to web from a destination

I do all web development from my computer, and then I
publish it to the web site. Up until now, I have not
experienced any problems. Recently, when I published and
viewed the published web, the navigational button and the
graphic were missing for the updated pages. To correct
the problem, I had to go directly to the web, open the
updated pages, and save them. Please advise. Thank you.

Have you checked with your host to see if they've changed anything on their
end? What's the URL of your site?
