All of my sites were built with Frontpage 2002. I recently got a new computer
with Vista Home Basic. Now whenever I try to upload updates to the site, I
cannot get through. The sign in page will come up. I type in user name and
password. It will keep coming back up, even though I know the info is
correct. when I cancel another screen comes up telling me the folder is
either protected, or has a ., /, or\ and is unaccessible. This is driving me
nuts, and I do not know the number of hours I have been going through this.
Does anyone have a solution?

Have you applied the latest Service Pack for FrontPage 2002 which is at
Service Pack 3 I think? You might also want to post this problem in the
FrontPage newsgroups or upgrade to version 2003 or its successor Expression
Web.

I have installed Service pack 3. I cannot upgrade right at this moment. Thank
you for your kind reply. Still hoping I can find a reason and a remedy.
