Published calendar OL 2007 be seen by OL2003 users?

You can never directly see data stored in a local Outlook configuration on
another machine.
You can if it is stored on an Exchange server or when the data is published
somewhere else for another client to retrieve.

You might want to clarify your situation.

I do not have an exchange server - I would like to publish my work
availabilty in an outlook 2007 internet calendar and invite people to
subscribe. Some of my clients might not have upgraded to OL 2007 and will
still be in OL 2003.

Currently I save my 2003 outlook calendar as a web page - FTP it to my web
page and send the link to my clients. I was wondering if 2007 web calendars
might be easier for all of us but am unsure if they can subscribe to a
published calendar in OL2003.
Thanks!

Outlook 2003 can't subscribe to Internet Calendars AFAIK - this feature is
new in 2007.
