Public folders

In one of my public folder i got an spam mail. I'll marked it for deletion,
deleted it
and whoops the whole public folder was empty. I did not mark all messages
and deleted it. I could not use the backup. Please help

Did you get a permanent deletion prompt? If not check your Deleted Items
folder.
