Public Folder with Home Page Set possible?

Is it possible to set a folder in the Public Folders to
open a specific webpage - to set the Home Page?

you can set a folder home page to any website. Is this what you're after?

yes that is what I am after - but when I try to do that
on a Public Folder, the option to set this is greyed out.
