Public Folder Journals

We have recently started using Public Folders with Exchange 2003. A few of
our users make use of the Journal facility to record emails, phone calls etc.
However, we cannot see a way of implementing the Journal feature to work with
the public contacts. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Outlook does not provide any built-in simple mechanism for maintaining a
