I just upgraded to Office 2003.

One thing I disliked in Office 2000 is trying to integrate public calendars in
the Public Folder for my work with my own folder. Has there a built in way of
using these calendars together now?

No, but there are 3rd party utilities that can do it.

Go to http://www.slipstick.com and check their Utilities section.
