We keep a shared contacts list in public folders for all company contacts
(Exchange 2003).
We run all desktops exclusively through terminal services (Server 2003).
If a user opens the properties of the public contacts list and selects the
Outlook address Book tab, the option "Make this folder available as an e-mail
address book" is grayed out and not available.
If same user fires up Outlook on a regular workstation then this option is
available.
What would it be on terminal server that would cause this behavior?
