.PST Splitting

Is there a tool for Outlook 2003 to split a .PST that is under 2GB into even
smaller .PSTs? Such as a 1GB .PST into 250MB .PSTs?

Sure. It's called drag-and-drop. In other words, create the new PSTs and
drag to them enerything in the old PST you wish to move.
 
I know that you can drag and drop, but when you have 500k 1GB .psts to split
into 250MB or smaller batches, doing it by drag and drop will not help meet
the deadline. I guess it's time to hire more people...
