D DL Dec 16, 2003 #4 The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with the following steps. 1. Exit Outlook. 2. On the Start menu click Run 3. In the Open box type the following and click OK. regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll" NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the location on your computer. 4.
