1st problem:
I just recently had to unistall and reinstall my
operating system. Before I did this I saved all my e-
mails (.pst) files on a CD-Rom. Now I'm back up on my
operating system and I don't know how to import those e-
mails back into my outlook
2nd Problem:
Before I unistalled Windows XP-for some odd reason about
7 months ago my outlook stopped letting me send out e-
mails. I can receive but, not send! It gives me the
following error message:
- Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is
unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Now my webmaster tried it on his computer and it worked,
he was able to test the account by sending and receiving.
My computer has nothing on it right now because, I just
put XP back on. Does anyone have any idea what the
problem could be?? We've basically tried everything. It
is a POP3 server. Could it be something wrong w/ the
server? But, if so how come my webmaster can get through?
Thank You in advance
