That I guess would depend on where the personal folder (.pst). Also please provide more information by it is not working. What it doing or not doing. If you do a search for *.pst on your harddrive - do you find the actual file. If so then you may just want to "re-associate" it with your Outlook by going to File Data Management under File in Outlook then re-add the personal folder.
