pst file size

Can anyone help with why the file size on one particular computer in our
office is so high? We have deleted almost every folder and most of the items
in the remaining and the file size is still 241,000KB. Other machines in the
office have much more files and items in them and their file size is around
175KB.
Any thoughts??

Compress the pst-file. You will find this option in the properties of
your personal folder (Rightclick)

That's not overly large, as far as PSTs go. Did you compact the PST after
deleting the folders?
