the practical limit (which can be changed via a registry hack) is 20 gigs.

It's not so much a 'hack' as it is a documented administrative procedure.
The .pst file has a different format and folder size limit in Outlook 2003

I changed my pst file from Ansi to Unicode, but in my registry there is no
folder Office under HKEY_Current_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft.... Anyone
knows why!!!!
