PST File Back Up Tool for Outlook 2007

I've downloaded the above file, double clicked it to install, and then can't
find it in File section (or any other tab) in Ouitlook 2007. Where can I dind
it, or what do I need to do to get this valuable tool working?
 
I wouldn't bother. Simply close Outlook, and then copy your PST file to
the backup media of choice.
