Everytime I boot up my PC, a file called pskey.exe is launched during startup
and it slows down my PC to a halt. Task Manager reveals that pskey.exe is
using most of my CPU time.. I tried to find and delete pskey.exe, but I
can't find it on my C:\. I tried using MacAffee, Spyware and even
Sysinternals software, but nothing works. I'd like to do a system restore,
but the restore only goes back a month and this problem has been going on for
almost 3 weeks. Does anyone think I should just reistall the OS and start
from fresh????

Check your Startup folders for a shortcut to this program. Type Startup in
Search>Files or folders>All Files and Folders to be able to open all of them
on your system. If a shortcut is found, you can safely delete it.
Hopefully, this will at least stop its being activated every boot.
