PsiWin 2.3.3

I run Windows XP professional. I uninstalled PsiWin 2x
and ran regclean. Then I tried to install 2.3.3 but
received an error message 'Go to control panel to install
and change system settings'. Can anyone tell me what
this means please? I have not changed the default XP
settings since installation and the download is not
corrupt as I installed it on another machine running XP
Home.
