I love your subject line, but I'm not sure why you've posted this link with
no explanation - and I don't recommend using Rich Text format anyway. It
often leads to problems when sending mail (esp w/attachments) to non-Outlook
users. Plain text, or even HTML, is better.
This is a particularly bad article in that it never mentions the actual
product which exhibits the problem. Since the words "Office" and
"Outlook" do not appear, I think they're talking about Outlook Express, in
which case "Rich text" means HTML. HTML-formatted mail is pretty bad to
begin with. This problem makes it only slightly worse.
