Prt Sc going directly to the printer

Sorry I don't have more info--- helping out a friend... he's running XP
Home, and for some reason when he tries to do a screen capture, it goes
directly to the printer instead of to the clipboard. He's not running any
DOS stuff. It'll do this if he is just trying to capture the desktop. Any
suggestions on where to begin?

Do some clean boot troubleshooting to see what program he has loaded is
doing this.
