provvisory mode start

after a black out xpe ask if i want start in provvisory mode or in normal mode, if i start in provvisory mode i have a blue screan, if i start in normal mode the xpe work fine
the problem is this? the question on which mode to start is ask at all reboo
I think that there is a key of regestry, who i must set for delete the question at reboot is correct
anyone can help me

Not sure what you call by "provisory mode". Is it "Safe Mode"? Then it is
not supported under XPe.
To avoid any "safe mode prompts" at the boot time, do a greacefull shutdown
at least once on your target (if you use EWF, commit changes).
