Repost your query to a newsgroup for Outlook Express. This newsgroup is
for Outlook. Outlook and Outlook Express are NOT the same product nor
are they derivatives or siblings of each other.

When posting your query to a newsgroup for OE, you might want to mention
if you are trying to use OE with a Hotmail account rather than have
readers guess that's what you meant by an HTTP e-mail account. You
should also post the complete error message.
