I am getting errors on two lines of this code...
One being the:
Dim db As Database
- I have entered all I can think of here - Is there another option?
Also:
If rs.NoMatch Then
- I cant get it to recognize the "NoMatch" - Is there another option?

From the code window, choose References on the Tools menu.

Check the box beside:
Microsoft DAO 3.6 Library

Then, where you have:
Dim rs As Recordset
replace it with
Dim rs As DAO.Recordset
