Hi all

I'm using Outlook 2003.

I've created numerous sub-folders under INBOX. Is there anyway of
making selected folders PRIVATE? I don't particularly want to hide
them but would like to maybe 'password protect' them from prying eyes.

Regards

John

Only specific Outlook items can be made private. Only the whole .pst file
can be password protected. Folders are not subject to either
private/password option.

Thanks for your reply Milly

Personally I think the lack of such a security feature is a real
downer.

Email is not unlike ordinary snail mail, some of it is private and you
wouldn't want others in your household reading it.

If I had such mail, I'd put it in its own PST and password-protect the whol
thing.
